    will be using coal down at the valley for a number of years,.
    Will Brumby allow export of a cleaner coal/Coldry.
    With Rudd and Penny Wong views regarding carbon trading and the need to be FAIR DINKUM with climate change ,and lowering carbon emmissions all looks positive for ESI.
