Sorry to rain on your parade bushkid and dan.
RCI has quality coal projects. There is no doubt about it.
The reason that RCI is so undervalued is because they exploration areas are effected due to floods and bad weather.
They have been not able to drill from past two quaters. SP will increase when drilling starts or atleast news of drilling under consideration comes up.
Till the scope of my knowledge is concern they have not booked any drill rig yet. If you go through the activities announcment, they have proposed drilling from next quater(September).
RCI has very good potential same as BWN.
