Thought the brr presentation very interesting.

Confirmed the 'written anouncement' couple of weeks ago, but verbal always adds extra info, particularly 'off the cuff' stuff.

For me, the last portion is great ~ Mark's history in the coal industry, from 18!, as well as family ties :)
Sure his Mum will be pleased in a few weeks / months with Mark's progress.
Talk about knowledge of this industry, 'from the coal face' as the saying goes :).

Nice to know that the crew / team have similar history.

I would think the company's trying to deal with CEO have a respect of the team and their knowledge.
Guess all will be revealed in due course.
