The way I see it, how will they unload tens of millions of shares, regardless of the price? They need a day or two of 50m+ turnover.

I see a P&D following a significant announcement, although sometimes the announcement can be fairly ordinary (see DDT e.g.). It's the volume that will tell the story.

Btw, nothing wrong with P&Ds so long as you are on early, as we are. The downside is the frustration and having your money tied up waiting. Mind you, it's the same for those that stumped up at 1c. So far they've banked zero.
