Why do you persist in posting old information? The article referred to in the Wikipedia 2015 quote even said
"The above assumptions, especially those detailed under 2.b and 2.c are subject to uncertainty"
Yes, in 2015 the mine was planned for 2.3BT & 60 years = 40 MTpa.
It is now 1/4 of that size.
It would assist if you could look beyond simplistic Wikipedia summaries & review the underlying data.
