Sierra, yes it would most likely be the Agency, I read this report some time ago, not sure whether it was in the Economist or similar, or a newspaper article. the numbers stuck in my mind though. I don't have a link, I expect though it would not be too difficult to find a reference to this on the IEA site. I would expect that within the next , say 15 years, the alternative energy source (not solar or wind) would be much further developed and starting to be commercial, the CSIRO has done some serious work on this to date. ref COAG white paper either 2017 or 2018.
