    Fully funded to Stage 1 (Poplar Grove) production, fully contracted off-take, project has very good economics, currently trading at ~150M MCAP, Poplar Grove NPV = >400M, Stage 2 (Cypress combined with Poplar Grove) NPV = >850M, outstanding management team who have recently bought on market.
