    The point is it's too dangerous. If we were out of coal and starving, ok. But what if this quake was worse? If it swallowed a plant, or couldn't be cooled for whatever reason. A giant solar flare rendered all electronics hopeless etc etc. You could come up with any scenario where "the impossible happens" and the "systems" that are put in place fail. Eg now. I don't like knowing we could be just a southerly wind away from having kids with 9 heads. Get rid of them.
