When we check Mark E's history (BRR interview),
he has a family tradition going way back working in and with coal.

It would appear that Mark is about to make the transition of not just working with coal,
but being a Part-Owner / Managing Director of a Coal Company,
one that has fingers in many pies,
greenfield opportunities in Mono,
in Indo,
and judging by Mark's working history, anywhere else in the globe that has potential!

What a transition!
Cap off to our leader, and what ever happens, I for one wish Mark and his family well going forward.
Guess I'm assuming a positive outcome ~ yep, imo.

Just be great to have CEO :
the pursuer, rather than being hunted;
for taking up ownership of these and possibly further opportunities, rather than being over-ran;
ONLY pursuers being the ones to assist in loans / off-take agreements, not take-over(s).
Maybe wish-ful thinking, but would confirm my earlier thoughts above.
