Some few years ago, the United nations set up a 'think tank' to discuss ways to get Africa out of its retrograde position in this modern world. These 'distinguished gentlemen', came up with the suggestion that the entire continent should be re-colonized by the West i.e. (tintless persons). This suggestion created such an uproar amongst U.N. African nations, that the proposition was soon dropped, and nothing got done. It is generally considered that the ones doing the complaining re. the 'think tank', were the people in Africa who continued to gain the most out of maintaining the statusquo in Africa. This African problem is like the dog chasing it's own tail.
