I would think all the bad news is currently reflected in the share price. It has the potential to move to a market cap 10 times the current value, once the coking coal mines are up and running. Must admit the suspense is killing me but only have myself to blame for taking a punt that the IWUL would come through in the timeframe previously outlined by Simon. IMO the current impasse has more to do with the other mines that will leverage precedence set for Vele approval than the companies compliance issues.
