Check out Gloucester Coal - GCL. SP has been crunched along with most of everything else today. Currently around $2.80. On 05-06 numbers thats a PE of 3.1! The forecast divvy is 32 c or around 11.4%.
Sounds crazy? Of course the price of coal will fall in a few years but on these numbers it would be difficult to go wrong.
BTW, Commsec for above figs. They also predict a divvy of 46 c for the following year.
Quarterly report came out today - nothing going on to cause SP to tank. Just sentiment.
I loaded up with some this morning.
