the calendar for the High Court shows no more sitting days scheduled for this year. The next set of sitting days is shown starting February 1, 2021. As Her Honour Justice Bell retires on or about 1 March 2021, i would suggest a decision before that date. unless a special day is made , i can't see the Queensland Premier doing anything before judgement day.
