my understanding is that the decision wont be back in the courts. The government will be cornered into making a decision. Thats the way the Qld Gov likes it, everyone else making decisions for them. For god sake they couldn't even get a water bomber in the air over at Fraser island waiting for others to make the decision while peoples houses burned.
