You've been in hiding lately Dangerboy. Nice to hear from you again. Very reassuring to hear good things are coming very shortly as I know you have good sources. I did too once upon a time but even without those sources, I have never wavered in my belief in this project.
I assume will be shortly hearing about a reduced CAPEX as well as the completion of a JV agreement to fund Vista.
