No one said platinum was a straight shooter..dunno how you deducted that.

As per dilution in the investee companies, thats what you get when you get a high interest loan and become the first creditor, converting that into an equity will give the lender much stronger negotiation power..this is not only limited to platinum but for all types of lenders as well..and it's a normal business practice..

If you are an investor in a company who borrowed money from platinum, then you can sell your stake knowing management is probably sleeping in bed with the devil...but if youre saying that getting diluted means the lender is evil then the business world is not fit for you..
