    Coal prices are on the move. API4 prices (FOB Richards Bay) touched US$60 early this week. Its noteworthy that S32 which has big SA coal exposure has jumped 20% in ten days - I see New Hope and Whitehaven also moving sharply.

    If ever IKW is to do something its now. As a marginal project, prices have moved to the stage where development is worthwhile.
