    Mou is in a very good position and ticks all boxes. Sure they will capital raise soon but it's fundamentals are better then NMR.

    Please take note NMR....holders.

    Anyway, what's your proximity to rail??? Just asking because mou is a stones throw from china and Russia ;-)
