100% agree.
Thats why I wont personally hold. It could potentially be an easy one to trade however because it has volume and does present 10% swings often.
Plus the downside is limited due to the perception that it is incredibly undervalued.
All the points you mention are valid and although a resource increase is likely, production would be years off if even proven to be economical.
I feel some here believe just because you have a resource it means you can start production straight away.
Coal to start getting recognition perhaps after January 12th moratorium update, this may help NMR short term as well as antipated resource increase but Id be in and out quick.
