The proposed 40% tax is unfotunate, but I don't believe it will pass through the senate. On a brighter note though, has anyone noticed that Arnold Scharzenegger has quashed any idea of the state of California drilling for oil offshore after the oil leak off the coast ofnew Orleans.
It is my hope that this may bode well for GTL in the states. Liquid fuels have to come from somewhere.... Hopefully lnc can fill the hole.
