Yeah, we have not lost any traders yet but sales staff are starting to be let go. Over 30s might not get a look in now unless they already have experience. My advice to Jannie and whoever else wants to get into trading now is that it will be tough and that middle office might be a better place to get the foot in the door rather than CFA. For trading jobs anyway.
