The Greens are hellbent on destroying the gas industry, regardless of whether it is CSG(which we all know is natural gas found in coal seams) or conventional gas, by disrupting and delaying projects indefinitely. It wouldn't matter if Professor O'Kane's report gave a 100% guarantee of safety. The Greens are 100% against fossil fuels, even though gas is 50-70% cleaner than coal. This is the issue, and they have duped the public, in saying it will damage water acquifiers.

Every time I see Shorten on the telly, I just shake my head. For the sake of The Greens vote, Labor, has just become a mouthpiece for The Greens. The Labor Party has sold out to The Greens, the anti-everything party.

I am just hoping they come to their senses and Mel announces a farmin partner for their conventional gas, and that we can all put this nightmare to bed.
