That would not surprise me at all.
I have been buying today and hope to get more orders filled. I've just had another (3rd) listen to the Board Room Radio presentation http://www.brr.com.au/event/46989 and can't help but think someone will take shareholders by surprise with a stand it the market for a significant chunk of BUL.
