TTC old chappie, it would be a good idea for you to get your head around the difference between corporate governance and an exploration programme. corporate governance addresses the management of a company in terms of compliance with the prevailing legislative and regulative requirements. an exploration programme is decided on prevailing geological assessments of prospectivity and is always based on probabilities. so as in anything based on probabilities chance or luck if you prefer plays a part in when a desired outcome actually happens. but if you can't come to terms with this kind of reality then perhaps it is time to go out again and avoid the stress of it all.
