Bob, unfortunately the market doesn't view it that way and that's what counts.

It certainly "counts" as regards what the market will pay at any given point in time, but it doesnt mean that the decision to drill those holes was wrong.

The most you can get out of the SP (market) is that some sellers sold for reasons that we cannot verify.

It may well be that those very same sellers may well have put their money into a quicker returning share or into the bank.

It simply reflects that at the moment CTP is not for those sellers. and (or buyers havn't seen anything to make them invest)

Pleanty of deals out there, if you are that sort of invester.
