Thats the idea. I have owned stock in the UK for over a year now and have also bought some stock since moving to Aus. I can't believe that the share price will be in the doldrums forever hence my buying.
I also can't believe that the South African govt will not allow Vele to happen. More likely they will come to an agreement with the new minister of environment (not sonjica) over boundaries of where drilling will be allowed.
The whole issue with Vele hasn't been about Vele itself but more to do with the other concessions that are further inside the heritage site.
John Wallington has even said that when FULLY DEVELOPED the mine wouldn't infringe on the current extended zone outside of the heritage site.
We still haven't heard anything (and nothing appears to have been leaked) about the UNESCO visit, other than an increasing share price.
