    You wouldn't add Kores to the list? As a state-run company, my impression is they'll do what's right for the other South Korean companies involved - ie they won't be selling unless Posco and Kepco do.

    SK on the other hand perhaps wouldn't follow the other Koreans. You'd think they'd be more likely to than the likes of UBS though.

    COK management no doubt would sell if the price was right, but given COK's share price got up over $1.10 I'm hoping they'll be looking for that sort of price before they consider the price is right! Anyway, if we're talking about hostile takeovers then management is pretty much assumed not to be selling.

    So against a predator, we can probably assume around 30% not to be selling there. Maybe a bit more if SK stay on board. Not enough to guarantee COK's survival, to be sure, but maybe enough to make sure a genuine bid is decently valued?

    Plus, let's not forget my own shares. ;) That's 14,000 they'll definitely have to work for (haha)!
