COK might not be an imminent "takeover target"; because the last time that I checked; the 5 largest shareholders owned about 50% of COK; so in a way COK has been "taken over" already. From memory the 5 largest shareholders; included Korean interests; Postco etc; and these shareholders might have their own long term agenda for COK; rather than having an agenda of "tidying up the farm getting it ready for a sale".
