"Coal stocks: There are at least three major forecasts on huge coal price upgrades today, with brokers waxing lyrical on the pure coal producers, CEY, MCC and AUO as well as on BHP and RIO.

One leading broker says AUO remains the high risk/high return coal play among the pure coal stocks, MCC's recent out performance coupled with its status as the most expensive pure coal stock on a relative valuation basis makes CEY a more attractive proposition at the present time while BHP valuation has been lifted by 4 pct to $11.64 and RIO valuation by 3 pct to $33.18."
