This case between L&M and BRL remind's me of a rugby ref who goes to the tmo for a decision regarding if the ref can award a try. After looking for ages at a replay finally awarding it, to the satisfaction of all. In BRL'S case there's a lot of money to be paid out to the tmo for a decision which they to me are really milking. To my mind it's quite simple they are either guilty or not guilty of shipping or of L&M'S site, it should not be a career job. Danny/22
