    PRC has finally made it !. Confirmation in an announcement this afternoon (Friday 17 Oct) that they have broken through the final rock and are now into the coal seam !!!!!

    Comment from management that the breakthrough has now derisked the project and they can now get on and starting getting the coal mined.

    Big turning point for PRC.
