I just paid for an ASIC search on "Alt Finance P/L" - not sure if anybody else did the same but haven't followed the threads in a while. Director Steven Nicols and Ultimate Shareholder is "Bennelong Capital Partners" which sell ASX shells.

They'll buy it at $225k and on sell for a profit whilst charging advisory fees on the backdoor listing.

Directors have all resigned, dead duck now and all perfectly legal - a shame nonetheless.
