The recapitalisation proposal involved the sale of the majority of the Company’s assets
and the issue of Shares and Options to a number of parties to fund payments to creditors
under the DOCA and the Company’s ongoing activities.
The Company has retained its interest in Exploration Licence E52/1641and Prospecting
Right P52/1166 and exploration on these tenements will initially be the Company’s main
focus going forward.
