    They need to amend the disclaimer(today's ann.), at the end for ROG it states:

    "The farmin agreement by Red Sky Energy Limited subsidiary, Red Sky Energy(NT) Pty Ltd executed on 30 September 2009 has been challenged by PXA and the matter formally refered to arbitration."

    The matter has been resolved as we have been informed by ROG.
