We have an election. I think it is a safe bet between now and then the Howard government will be anxious to establish some green credentials. I'm expecting significant tax concessions for developing/implementing green technologies...and some government largess in the form of substantial research grants...at the very least. I would expect that Labour state governments will be falling over themselves to up the ante...
I also would expect that PCE will become much more expensive...
