Exactly. JH has loads of incentive to get ctp around 50c+ so that ctp "o's" and "oa's" trading (deep) in the money. If so, the "o's" and "oa's" will provide JH/ctp with a direct source of funds for phase 2 of the programme and funds for day to day operational and acquistional activities. From my maths, funds could be as much as $15-40m( depending on how many "O's and OA'S" get converted across to shares. If anyone could give me a more accurate figure I would appreciate it.
