    Thanks for your honest reply.. I have always thought using the gas from UGC to fire a power station is the way to go!

    I follow all technology in this arena. Yes RER have a different view but I have only 5% of my capital in RER.. but good observation!!

    Still would like to hear other opinions on CTL??
