    where is there a delay? there are no date certain commitments in any announcements to the ASX to my knowledge..

    in China there is a shortage of coking coal and what is there is deep [i am told >=400M] which is costly to produce ..
    thus C@ has a market next door at world prices ..
    Further the infrastructure is and will be developed ..
