a punt, i think they are after LYA coal and this is a way to get to the table.
but its not unique for large companies to get into bed with small caps and them drag things out.
who knows exactly, but once they own the IP and have a FS and a real operating plant, this stock can do anything, until then it remans a trade stock only for my port folio. have a look at exergen for example, they have the backers, the product but the governement let them down after saying everythign was going to be okay, it happens! thats life and business.
