PC43, I think I have found the letter of intent you are referring to.

From ASX release 26/09/2006:

"Rey is the preferred applicant for applications 10/04-5 and 11/04-5 located in the central part of the
Canning Basin, Western Australia (Canning Basin Tenements).
On 5th June 2006 Rey announced that it had signed a letter of intent with Arc Energy Ltd to participate in
the Canning Basin Tenements subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.
The condition precedents to Arc's participating in the Canning Basin Tenements were not fulfilled by the
required date."
