    From my memory ,that agreement with ARQ only covered oil and gas - NOT CSG / CBM.

    Originally REY were keen to deal with ARQ but then went cold, doing a deal with an Indian Company instead. Whether ARQ forfilled its requiresment ontime, will probably be the deciding factors.

    This still gives REY access to all the CBM. Might be worth a packet once ARQ trouble behind them?
