That's a bit harsh. I've met Scott a few times. He seems decent enough. He's done a really good job in the initial promotion and resurrection of the company from where it was. Not sure that he is adding much value currently but stable directors positions are at a premium at the moment, so can't blame him at all for not wanting to jump ship.
He's certainly a bit of a gun when it comes to managing companies through their infancy.
