Lets put 2 and 2 together - they drill a hole and then go on to production testing. Then they sign up for more drilling in the same region. Obviously what they saw in the first hole has got them excited. They know they dont have much money. They must know that more money is coming in soon or will be easy to get. How? Oil form the first well of course !!
The message really is - there is good oil in the first well going into production soon.
