My understanding is that there cannot be another election in Ukraine for at least 12 months, so this group of politician must form a government or the PR will continue to govern in caretaker mode.

Things are now moving in Ukraine; coalition is formed the speaker will be Arseniy Yatseniuk and this should be formally voted on in the next few days and then the government can be formed. It should happen within the week.

Let's hope that the new Minister acts quickly. I know that YT wants to get foreign investment flowing into Ukraine as quickly as possible.
