Either way this falls, shouldn't we be arguing that a party that holds 3 seats in the senate gets to implement the policies that they want?

I know this has been going on forever but just seems to be getting ridiculous lately. Palmer is not even a Senator!!!!
I would personally rather see the 2 major parties come to some compromise that be dictated to by a party that has 3.95% of the seats. What states are the PUP senators from, is it 1 WA and 2 QLD? If so, not much of a general representation of the Australian people.
