    It might be really hard for someone like you of such extensive financial knowledge to understand that there are many other people that are aware of our education exports.
    We also know that the education export boom has been going for quite a long time despite what the dollar was doing. Even when the dollar was at parity.
    While the A dollar has some influence on international tourists, it is not as significant as the effect that those international economies doing well have on it .
    Why do you think we have so many Chinese visitors ? It's because the Chinese economy has been doing well thus putting more discretionary cash in the average Chinese person's pocket.

    I agree with you on energy policy. The Coalition unfortunately is still fiddling around the edges which is holding business back immensely. I get they have to protect the coal industry somewhat but what about a progressive policy outlining the future so that business can invest with confidence ?
    If anything, the feds lack of policy crashing into the states aggressive policy will lead to more trouble e.g. SA. frown.png
