I had said it several times before, it is not the right time for the government take this initiative, no matter how high or desirable the ideal is. There is still nervousness out in the electorate when they read about the bad news from overseas, viz. Europe and USA. It would have been street smart for the government to continue to work on our economy to make it even better than it is now.
Gillard has been very badly advised by her advisers.
