I think that betting on the coalition helping TLS shareholders is not going to lead us anywhere, they just don't have the numbers to stop the NBN legislation going through in its current form, and are unlikely to win the next election. What we need is somehow obtain the support of greens and independants in the Senat, who hold the balance of power. Also, it is possible to create a new political movement or a party supported by at least some sizable portion of 1.4 million of TLS shareholders, and take it to the next election; should be interesting....
