Is this article spurred on by the climate change debate?,or is it a knee jerk reaction,again,to the level of unemployment and the so called drop in productivity?.
Cynical is not the word I have for these idea's being touted in an election year.Don't get me wrong,I want the water piped from the North to the South,or the other populist saying turn the rivers inland.
The concept of a free trade zone has merit,awesome idea,and a win win,economically,enviromentally,security and quality of life improvement aaaaaannnnddd maybe a one currency standard.Iam jack of seeing world vision of kid's in less fortunate countries eating dry boiled grass.
Imagine the the dynamics of different ethnic and cultural groups.
Time to get my head of the clouds.
