just confirms that we the taxpayer will lose if Abbott sells it to some private mob who will fleece the millions of policy holders. I am in a mutual fund and if it went corporate we the policy holders are the owners and would receive free shares. Abbott wants to sell the lot and keep the money. Then premiums will go up for the poor old policy holders.
